Smoked Salmon Salad 


  • 2 zucchinis 
  • Half a cup of fresh peas 
  • 6 radishes 
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 lemon, grated zest and juice 
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt 
  • 4 slices of salmon 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Cut the zucchini into long strips using a peeler. Mix with the peas and radishes in a large bowl. 
  2. Add the oil, lemon (zest and juice), and yogurt. Mix well. 
  3. Arrange the vegetables in the dressing and large salmon fillet on a plate. Finish by seasoning with pepper and sprinkling with dill. 
  4. Zucchini is cut into long strips. Add peas and radish to it in a large bowl. 
  5. Mix the oil, avocado, lemon zest and juice, and yogurt. 
  6. Arrange the vegetables with slices of salmon on a plate.
