Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- Half a cup of fresh peas
- 6 radishes
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon, grated zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 4 slices of salmon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut the zucchini into long strips using a peeler. Mix with the peas and radishes in a large bowl.
