Salmon Cream Cheese Blinis 


  • 1 package of cold-smoked salmon slices 
  • 1 package of cream cheese 
  • 25 g of fresh yeast or 1/2 package of dry yeast 
  • 1 cup of warm milk 
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 50 g of melted butter 
  • Oil for frying 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Dill for garnish 


  1. To the warm milk, add the yeast and mix. Add the egg yolk, melted butter, mix well, and set aside in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add the flour and again set aside in a warm place to rise. 
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped salmon and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Fry the blinis on a heated pan. Serve with the salmon cream cheese on top.
