Salmon Breakfast


  • 2 slices of white crusty bread 
  • 30 g of butter with a touch of olive oil 
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon


  1. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bread on it. 
  2. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and pour into the pan. 
  3. Arrange the salmon on a plate and add pepper.
