Quesadilla with salmon


  • Half a cup of 18% cream
  • 2 tablespoons of ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 50g of goat cheese
  • 3 tortillas
  • 100g of smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup of shallots
  • 1/4 cup of red bell pepper
  • Half an avocado
  • Roughly chopped fresh cilantro 


  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream, ground paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
  2. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and goat cheese. Spread this mixture on the tortillas. On half of each tortilla, place the salmon, shallots, bell pepper, and avocado. 
  3. Place the quesadillas on a pan greased with olive oil. Fry until the cheeses melt, about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with the sauce prepared earlier and sprinkled with cilantro.
