Tart with salmon and spinach

Ingredients

  • 100 g of cold-smoked salmon slices
  • A handful of spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • Chopped dill to taste 

Preparation

  1. Wash, dry, and blend the spinach leaves. 
  2. Add eggs, flour, seasoning, and baking powder. 
  3. Pour the mixture into a large baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. 
  4. Cut the cake into equal parts, spread with cream cheese, and cover with salmon.
