Ingredients
- 100 g of cold-smoked salmon slices
- A handful of spinach
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- Chopped dill to taste
Preparation
- Wash, dry, and blend the spinach leaves.
- Add eggs, flour, seasoning, and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into a large baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the cake into equal parts, spread with cream cheese, and cover with salmon.
