Salmon Pasta


  • 300 g spaghetti 
  • 120 g smoked salmon 
  • 1 chili pepper 
  • A tablespoon of olive oil 
  • Zest of 1 lemon 
  • Chives 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. 
  2. Prepare a pan and heat the olive oil on it, throw in the chili and sauté until soft. After cooking the pasta, drain it, keeping some of the water, and throw it into the wok. 
  3. Mix the pasta with the chili. Then add the salmon, lemon zest, and chives. Season the whole dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
